Cafes of the Capes
Are my three cafes on the southwestern-most tip of Australia.
The three cafes offer the same great service and local food by our people.
Cafe Boranup is nestled in the beautiful Boranup forest, protected by the eucalyptus trees. It is an native orchid hot-spot and close to lake cave and Hamelin Bay.
Open 8:30-4:30 all December and January
Jewel Cave Cafe is located in the foyer of the cave entrance and offers beautiful views into the forest, with a crackling fire on cold days for those who like to sit and enjoy.
Open 9am-4pm December and January
Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse Cafe is in the first lighthouse keepers cottage where the southern and Indian oceans meet. Watch the storms roll in, the sun shining and whales breaching from our glassed-in verandah cafe.
We offer emu and kangaroo burgers for customers wanting some original Australian flavours.
*you can join us in the cafe without paying an entrance fee to the grounds
Open 8:45am-5pm all year
8:45am-6pm Christmas-New Year week
My staff are welcoming and understanding to local and overseas visitors, and we try to help with cultural and dietary requirements as much as possible in our small kitchens
One last point - our scones with homemade jam and cream are excellent!
